Shipping and Returns

LILBITS SHIPPING AND REFUNDS 

 

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and Parcelforce and we operate on a no added shipping at checkout basis. All shipping has been calculated and provided at a discounted rate to normal rates you would see on other sites. 

We cannot offer this for areas outside of the main UK royal mail service, such as Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man/Wight.  We do not currently dispatch to Ireland or Internationally but this will be available during 2021.

Please note 48 hour service is from the date of dispatch not the date the order has been placed.  We work on a 1 - 5 working day dispatch from date of order.  

Tracking will be provided by email on day of dispatch.  Depending on the cost of the order you will either receive full tracking or confirmation once parcel has been delivered.  Either way we have the ability to check if the parcel has been delivered and have the ability to contact Royal Mail who will do checks if the parcel states it has been delivered and our customers say it has not been.  Once the outcome of this investigation by Royal Mail has been completed a refund of the missing parcel may be issued.

If your parcel is dispatched by Parcelforce you will receive a tracking from us and contact from Parcelforce regarding your delivery.  This is also a 48 hour service from date of dispatching.

Our orders will generally be dispatched 1-5* working days from the date you place your order although it's normally the quicker end of the time scale. 
During busier times like pre christmas, the dispatch will be around the 4 - 5 working days.

 

If you are ordering for a special occasion please let us know so we can ensure the items are delivered to you before the date you need them.  We will always endeavour to go above and beyond to get you what you need for when you need it but we need to know!  Orders placed as normal with no notes or contact will be dispatched within the normal 1 to 5 working days.

There is a notes section during checkout where you are able to detail a safe place or a neighbour for delivery of your parcel if you are not in.

Tracking will show for items where delivery has been attempted or is successful. 

If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate posting, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail.

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 30 days of receipt. The items must be received within the 30 days and not after. These must be in the condition that they were received in to receive a refund.

Any returns agreed after this period of time will receive gift vouchers as a refund.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items minus a 10% restocking fee if there is nothing wrong with the product.  

You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods.   This includes toys and clothing.  

We are not able to accept the return of opened goods unless in perfect condition and we shall not accept part used goods or clothing which has been worn (trying on is of course fine)

If any product is broken or not fit for purpose when you receive it please contact us with pictures or videos so we can arrange a refund or a replacement item as soon as possible.  Depending on the product we may have to arrange for a supplier to send a replacement directly.
